New ViEmu/SQL version fixing Vista install problems

As explained yesterday, I’ve just built and uploaded ViEmu/SQL 2.1.18 making installation fail-proof for Vista. No other changes, so you don’t need to update – but hopefully the installer will get ViEmu/SQL to start working more reliably on all systems.
