I can't find a keyboard mapping for them either. How do I re-enable those ?

Amol, I just checked it and they just work fine. They don't work via a keymapping, it's using the general alphanumeric-key interception mechanism ViEmu has (same as for all other normal-mode commands that don't involve Ctrl/Shift/Alt/etc..)
