Topic: map ctrl enter / shift enter.

Hi,

I have tried these, but none seem to work.
nnoremap <S-enter> i<enter><esc>
nnoremap <C-enter> i<enter><esc>

and this nmap <S-Enter> i<CR><Esc>

If I map to another key, such as K it does work, so there is something up with the mappings for the enter key.

I have tried mapping Shift-Enter to Edit.BreakLine (the default) and this also doesn't work.

Is there any way to get shift-enter to create a new line whilst staying in normal mode?
