I'm also getting this error message - VS2005 running on Vista.  Does the fix you have work for that configuration, or do I need to wait for a future release?

Also getting the error with VS2008. Was getting UAC error when installing VS version. Then turned UAC off and tried installing VS and SSMS. SSMS works fine, but attempting to edit anything in VS is giving the aforementioned error.

I seem to have this problem too. I'm running VS2005 on Vista. The error says "ViEmu incorrectly installed, please reinstall". Reinstalling didn't work for me. What can I try next? Thanks.
