when at the end of a file (when placed there via the ':$' command), pressing 'n' to advance to the next instance of the search text does nothing.

I've seen it fail for files with an empty last line (not if there is something), I'll look into fixing this quickly.

At first sight, I was surprised that :$ would work, as it isn't a command - of course, it's a by-product of parsing the ex command line, so it does smile
