Indeed, it's not very easy to find. In my defense, the documentation is also installed locally with ViEmu, and there is a hotlink from the settings dialog (Tools|Options|ViEmu in ViEmu/VS, Tools|ViEmu Settings in ViEmu/SQL, and the free-floating ViEmu Settings button in ViEmu/W&O).

I should really update the three product-specific pages that come up when clicking 'Learn More'.
