Ctrl-R followed by the register name will do the trick. Just use " for the default register or * for the windows clipboard, which are usually equivalent due to the Tools|Options|ViEmu setting that makes ViEmu use the system clipboard by default.

Ctrl-Y will yank the contents of the command bar to the default register (no way to yank to a named register).

Isn't it nice when a feature request is already implemented? smile
