In vim, there's an indicator when a search wraps around to the top of the document. It will say "search hit BOTTOM, continuing at TOP". Is there anyway to get something similar in ViEmu? Maybe some text on the mode line (eg. " -- NORMAL --  search hit BOTTOM ... " ).

There is currently no way to see this in ViEmu. I've taken note of it, and I'll try to add it in a future version. Indeed, it would only make sense.
