In 2k5 I had the option to disable the block cursor, which was nice because then I could disable cursor blinking (the blinking block cursor drives me absolutely mad, and unfortunately doesn't honour the system keyboard preferences).  But the setting is missing in the 2k10 edition... is the plan to add this functionality back in eventually?

For the next version of ViEmu, we have made the cursor honor the system setting for blink-speed, so it should be fine now for everyone. Watch for the next release in a few days to a couple of weeks.
