In Visual Studio 2005, I've noticed that if I use Visual Assist X to rename a C++ method, then I make a manual change in an affected file, then I undo that manual change, the method rename is undone as if it was part of my subsequent manual change.

I'll have a look at this - it seems it happens with other things too, and it shouldn't. If you see it happening with some other non-Visual Assist command, it will be helpful to know.
