Is there a way to override the default line numbers shown in visual studio with relative ones a la "set relativenumber" ?

Hi,
I'd like to see this feature as well. That would be really great to have this. Great advantage to move really fast trough file. Can you answer whether this is possible or not? I know that can be really hard to change behavior of VS but maybe it is possible.
