Topic: SSMS 2014 Mapped Keys

My standard keyboard mapping are not working in SSMS 2014 using VIEmu 3.6.0 even when I try to manually define one. Is there a problem with this or am I missing a setting somewhere.

I can map regular keys but not Alt or Ctrl keys. Is SSMS not letting those through?
