Topic: "1 register as last yank

From the documentation, I see that the numbered registers are "non-rolling", i.e., are simply options as named registers.

Has there been or will there be any consideration of setting the "1 register as the last yank, or to implement some form of rolling registers so as not to lose at least some degree of history in the buffer?

Kindly advise.

Hi, indeed, they are not rolling, but I think it shouldn't be too difficult to implement this. I will look into adding this in the next major version which I have planned for later this year (I need to prepare an intermediate 3.x version of ViEmu/VS first addressing third-party tool compatibility and performance improvements by following Microsoft's new guidelines for async loading).
