Topic: ViEmu in Visual Studio 2019 version 16.1 blocked

With Visual Studio 2019 version 16.1 going to general availability yesterday ViEmu is now not loaded by default due to using synchronous extension APIs. Though is can be enabled manually are there any plans to update it to match latest Visual Studio extensions requirements?

Hello Sergey, indeed, I am planning to upgrade ViEmu for VS to the new asynchronous loading mechanism in the near future. I can't give you an exact timeframe yet, but I hope this will be ready during the summer. Thanks for your patience!
